Special Purpose Symposium

By the time January arrives, you’ll need an escape from the daily grind and winter chill. Take this special opportunity to get away from it all at OGR’s “Break Away to Barbados” 2008 Special Purpose Symposium, Jan. 31 to Feb. 6, 2008, at the five-star Hilton Barbados hotel.

Hosted by OGR President Robin L. Williams and his wife, Cheech, the 2008 SPS offers six nights of fun, sun and OGR-only style camaraderie in beautiful Barbados — “An island for people who have a burning desire to take a vacation...and never, ever give it back.”

Fees: $2,450 per person USD ( land only), based on double occupancy (single room supplement will be charged if requested).

Package Features:
• Six nights at the five-star Hilton Barbados Hotel, the Hilton Caribbean’s newest resort property. Located on the lush tropical peninsula of Needham’s Point; five minutes from Bridgetown and 20 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport. Resort features a sprawling pool complex with whirlpool; fitness center with treatment rooms; premium tennis courts; superior food and beverage service, with casual dining, gourmet menus, a lobby lounge and beach bar; and nearby world-class golf. Visit www.hiltoncaribbean.com/barbados for more information.

• Accommodations on the Executive Level of the hotel, with marvelous views of both the Caribbean Sea and Barbados coastlines; private balconies, separate shower units, high-speed Internet access, two-line speaker phones with data port and cable TV; free access to the fitness center; complimentary breakfast, refreshments and hors d’oeuvres served throughout the day; and exclusive check-in and check-out area.
• Group welcome breakfast on Friday.
• Two group activities (tentatively Jeep Safari Tour with Lunch on Saturday and The Atlantis Submarine tour on Tuesday);
• Group farewell dinner on Tuesday.
• Airport transfers, group transfers in conjunction with tours, deluxe, air-conditioned motor coach, and all entrance fees.
• Applicable CEUs for informal member discussions.
• Plus three optional tours being planned (not included in the package fees).

(Note: OGR’s group room rate will apply for three days prior to the January 31 arrival date and three days after the February 6 departure date, provided the hotel has availability.)

Payment Options/Schedule:
